Pactimo offers complimentary shipping on qualifying orders within the United States, including Puerto Rico and APO addresses. Depending on destination and order eligibility, shipments are delivered via USPS First Class or FedEx 2Day, both provided at no additional cost. Orders placed before 10:00 AM MT are typically processed the same business day; orders placed after that time will be processed the following business day. Processing does not occur on weekends or holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

All Made-to-Order (MTO) products ship via FedEx Express and are delivered approximately 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note that FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. Orders containing MTO items submitted with a PO Box address will be routed through our Denver office and forwarded via USPS.

We currently offer shipping to the United Kingdom and select European Union countries. All duties and VAT are included in the price displayed at checkout, so there are no additional fees upon delivery. Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Canada.
