We'll do our best to ensure orders placed by these dates arrive in time for holiday giving. Although we make every effort to deliver your gifts as soon as reasonably practicable, there may be delays and we strongly encourage you to place your orders as early as possible.

All orders placed by 11am MST on December 15th are expect to be delivered by December 24th.

USPS Priorty

All orders placed by December 18th at 11:59pm MST are expect to be delivered by December 24th.

FedEx

FedEx 2-Day

All orders placed by 11am MST on December 21st are expect to be delivered by December 24th.

FedEx Overnight

All orders placed by 11am MST on December 22nd are expect to be delivered by December 24th.

Shipping Policy

Pactimo offers free USPS First Class shipping on qualified orders. Valid on orders shipped within the United States only, includes Puerto Rico and APO.

We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. All orders placed after 10:00 AM MT will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

All Made-to-Order productsare delivered 18-24 days from the date of purchase via FedEx Express. Please note that FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you order an MTO item and use a PO Box, your order will be shipped to our Denver office and forwarded to the PO Box via USPS.

USPS First Class Shipping

We use USPS First Class service on all shipments unless an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing and an additional 1–5 business days for your order to arrive. You'll a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.
