Returns & Repairs
- Unused Merchandise may be returned with the original tags attached along with a copy of the packing slip, invoice or sales receipt.
- Returns are accepted up to 60 days from the date of purchase. A credit will be issued to the original credit card for the item(s) amount, less shipping. You will receive an email notification when your credit has been processed.
- Standard bank processing time is 3-6 business days for a credit to be reflected in your available balance once you have received the email notification.
- Pactimo does not provide return labels for exchanges or returns.
- Enter your Order # and Email Address to pull up the order and begin the return process.
- If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate desired size in the comments field.
Include RMA # on shipping label or package.
- Once you have submitted your Return Request, please send your garment(s) to one of the below addresses.

- Please allow up to 3-5 business days from the time we receive your return to process.
- Due to the seasonality of merchandise, we are not able to accommodate all exchanges but will do our best to get you the gear you’re looking for
- If you require a different item (not size) or color place a new order to make sure you receive the item you desire while it’s still available; your credit card will be credited for any item(s) that you return to us (see above for return details).
- Packages must be returned pre-paid: C.O.D. Deliveries will not be accepted.
- We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our facility.
Repair Policy Overview
- Pactimo merchandise has a lifetime warranty, baring normal wear and tear.
- We believe in the quality of our products and want you to enjoy your Pactimo garments for as long as possible. As such, we stand by our commitment to repair or replace defective garments. Some typical repairs may include the replacement of a faulty zipper or fixing split seams.
