Pactimo and COVID-19

Here you'll find information about our operations, employees and what we are doing to secure the health and safety of our community.

Ongoing Operations

While we have made the decision to close the Denver Brand Studio to protect our staff and the Colorado cycling community, our online operations will continue without interruption.

That means you can still place orders through our website for custom team/club clothing or Pactimo brand items. If you have already placed an order, you can be reassured it will be processed and shipped in the usual timely manner.


Our warehouses around the globe are still open and operational. We have taken special care to ensure employees are not within close proximity with each other and that good hygiene practices are in place.

All order pick-ups are safely organized and there is no direct contact between our employees at the warehouse and employees from carrier services.

We want you to always feel safe when you receive shipments from us.

In general, because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures. Coronaviruses are generally thought to be spread most often by respiratory droplets. Currently there is no evidence to support transmission of COVID-19 associated with imported goods and there have not been any cases of COVID-19 in the United States associated with imported goods.


Some customers may experience additional delivery days due to canceled flights and/or closed airports but you should be able to track your orders at any time online. We have the same shipping and return policies as usual.

Our Staff

The number one priority right now is the safety of our global workforce. For the time being, we have instituted a work-from-home policy at Pactimo headquarters for employees who are able to make that transition.

As our staff remains passionately committed to manufacturing and shipping your orders, we are closely monitoring guidance from public health organizations and are taking every precaution to ensure a safe work environment. Just as we do when we are not faced with something like coronavirus.

When the company was founded in 2003, the goal was to be imPACTful, and that's what we've been doing ever since. Over the past weeks, the global Pactimo team has been inspired by the stories of countless healthcare professionals, volunteers, and many others who are putting themselves at risk to serve others during this pandemic. It is heartbreaking to see many of these heroes hobbled by an inadequate supply of personal protective equipment. So, our sourcing team went into action.

We Plan to Go Outside

The World Health Organization recommends avoiding crowded spaces and taking every opportunity to be outside in fresh air. That sounds like the perfect reason to go for a hike, take a long walk or get out on your bike.
