1. Sponsor

This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Pactimo LLC, Denver, Colorado, USA (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States, the United Kingdom, and eligible member countries of the European Union who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Pactimo LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate family or household are not eligible to participate.

Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins when posted and ends at 11:59 PM Mountain Time on August 30, 2026.

Entries received after the closing date and time will not be eligible for that drawing.

4. How to Enter

Complete and submit the official online entry form available at Pactimo.com during the Promotion Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

Multiple entries submitted by the same individual, whether by using multiple email addresses or any other method, may be disqualified.

Automated entries, bots, scripts, or other methods intended to circumvent these Official Rules are prohibited.

5. Prizes

One (1) Grand Prize:

One (1) $1,000 Pactimo Gift Card

Two (2) Runner-Up Prizes:

One (1) $250 Pactimo Gift Card each

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,500 USD.

No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of prizes is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or where required by law.

Gift cards may be redeemed only for eligible merchandise available through Pactimo.com or Pactimo.co.uk and are subject to the terms and conditions governing Pactimo gift cards.

Custom clothing purchases are excluded.

If the total purchase exceeds the value of the gift card, including applicable taxes or shipping charges, the winner is responsible for paying the difference.

6. Winner Selection

Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified using the email address provided during entry.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding winner selection and eligibility are final.

7. Monthly Email Giveaway

By entering this Promotion, entrants may also be subscribed to receive Pactimo marketing emails and automatically entered into Pactimo’s ongoing monthly $250 Gift Card drawing.

Monthly winners are selected at random and notified by email on or about the first business day of each month.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in every email.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails may affect eligibility for future newsletter-only promotions but will not affect eligibility for any Promotion already entered prior to unsubscribing.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, state/province, country, likeness, and prize information for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes without additional compensation or notice.

9. Privacy

Information collected through this Promotion is subject to Pactimo’s Privacy Policy and will be used solely in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Sponsor’s published Privacy Policy.

10. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Pactimo LLC and its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, advertising agencies, and promotion partners from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, corrupted, or otherwise defective entries or technical failures of any kind.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

12. Governing Law

These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.
