- base layer
- arm warmers
You immediately notice the quality of material and construction. Ensure you check the size charts. Normally wear an XL, but XXL was recommended for my size and fits perfect.
Haven`t had the opportunity to try it out in drizzly weather conditions yet. Worked well for a cooler, cloudy ride (low 50`s) with a light base layer and arm warmers. It is much heavier than the regular Pactimo jersey. Fit is typical Pactimo, I`m 5'6" @ 145 with a light base layer it is very snug.
First cycling Jersey I have ever worn. It is tight... which I am sure all jerseys are. Very comfortable, wear it on every ride right now.
I am 6'1" and about 200 pounds, I originally purchased a large but it was too small. I typically wear large in other brands. I prefer an aero fit. I was able to exchange for an XL and the fit is great. I wore the jersey for the first time yesterday and was very pleased. When we started it was dry but chilly, in the upper 30's with a steady north wind. I wore the jersey with a thin long sleeve base layer and arm warmers. Two of us rode a steady tempo for 3 hours and my torso stayed warm for the entire ride. It does a decent job at cutting the wind, not as good as a windproof base layer or vest, but the Storm jersey breathes much better.
A jersey I can wear along with a good base layer in windy 50’s weather. Quality seems very good. Customer service was very helpful. I ordered the wrong size and had the pleasure of dealing with Melissa who went above and beyond to make sure the I got the order right.
Let’s face it; cycling apparel is expensive, and with good reason. When I’m out on the road, I don’t want to regret my choice of clothing. For me, the right combo of quality, fit, style, functionality and quality is a never-ending challenge. Pactimo products fall perfectly into my wheelhouse. I purchased the original Storm jersey a few years ago, so I knew what I was getting. Great cool/foul weather three season jersey good for all but the warm summertime temps. I stick to 40+ temps so for those lower temps, I pair with arm warmers and a vest some great options. My only request might be that Pactimo offered this jersey in a classic fit. The aero fit is great, but displays my 62year old dad-*** in all its flabulous glory. Oh well, still love my Storm jerseys!
I’ve ridden this kit in gloomy days this spring in pnw. Comfortable! Warm on the descents and vents in the ascents. Seems to she light drizzle well Very happy. Will get anothe set for cyclocross if it is ever back.
Works great on cool days and drizzle. Not for temp over 65*
Liked this jersey so much I ordered another one. Perfect jersey for the cooler weather riding and handles wind fairly well. In most cases I can forgo the wind vest. It is pretty stretchy so I actually ordered a size down but I prefer a tight fit.
Vents well and is very comfortable. I wore this with a base layer on a 55 degree (fahrenheit) day and was comfortable the whole way through.
Very happy with the jersey, keeps me warm on chilly mountain bike rides.
Works great for early fall mornings in SoCal along the coast rides with base layer. I’m 6’1” 165 lbs and where a large.
Paired it with storm bin and went for ride, can not be more satisfiedl., rain just elled off, stayed very comedy.
I found this jersey to run small, I'm 6'1" and 160 and sized up to XL, while the tighter aero fit might be preferred by others. I haven't had the chance to put it to the test, however like all Pactimo products this jersey is very well made. I purchased it for both wet weather and cooler riding days.
I really like this jersey, but the fit was hard to figure out. I started with a medium, sent back for a large then again for an xlarge. The fit is very snug even with XL. I'm 5'10" and 155 lbs.
Perfect fit, reflective tabs are cool, and water and wind resistant. Excellent product!
