OVERVIEW: The Alpine Thermal has been designed for cool/cold weather rides and commuting in predominantly dry conditions. Because of it's 3 full-size pockets, zippered valuables pocket, breathable, stretch fabric and reflective panels this jersey is one of the most versatile garments we manufacture. Alone it performs well in temperatures ranging between 40-65°F, with a vest and base layer you'll stay warm down into the low 30's. Reflective Technology (RT) on the back and arms makes this jersey perfect for early mornings and low-light fall/winter rides.
"The Alpine jersey uses a decent amount of reflective light strips on the arms, shoulder and waist grippers to highlight exactly where you are when there’s no sun to see you by, without ever being overbearing. With a soft fleece lining, it’s perfect for winter, serving us well even when temperatures dropped to freezing – we only had to resort to a rain cape if things got wet. Ultimately, this worked superbly for every dry ride, which meant no extra clothing. A full winter-ready bit of kit."
"The Alpine Thermal RT Jersey is the latest to really impress. The fit is slim and spot on and the winter fabric keeps you very comfortable across a broad range of temperatures."
FABRICS & CONSTRUCTION: The highly breathable Ardénte Winter fabric provides a soft, brushed-back layer of warmth against your body; insulating you against the cold while transferring sweat away from your body as your core temperature rises during exertion. Continuing our passion for visibility on the road in low-light conditions, we have incorporated Reflective Technology into key areas of the garment. This revolutionary fabric has refractive elements impregnated directly into the cloth that “explode” with brightness when illuminated by exposure from direct light such as a car's headlights. Ergonomic shaped cuffs, a brushed thermal collar and zipper wind flap ensure warmth retention.
THE SPECS:
Pair this jersey with Alpine Thermal RT Tights or Bib Shorts and you're not only ready for cool temperatures, but safe in low-light conditions as well. Add the Breckenridge WX-D Vest and a Neck Gaiter and you'll be able to ride comfortably in temperatures below 40°.
"Thankfully, I have two Alpine Thermal Jerseys, because I wear one every single day when I commute from October thru April. I love the way it keeps you warm but retains breathability, the reflective panels and the zippered pocket. When it gets really cold, like in the low 30's, I add one of our vests and I'm plenty warm." - Tony, VP Marketing

Using a soft measuring tape, bring the tape across your back under each arm, around the front. For women, measure the widest point of the bust. For men, measure around the largest part of your chest.
Waist
Bend to one side to find natural indentation in torso. This is your natural waist. Run tape around waistline, keeping tape parallel with floor.
Hip
Stand on a level surface with feet together. Measure around fullest part of hips and bottom (approximately 7" - 9" below waistline), keeping tape parallel with floor.
