New for 2015: Alpine Thermal RT Jersey for Women

New for 2015: Alpine Thermal RT Jersey for Women

Warmth. Visibility. Above all, performance!

New to our Fall and Winter Collection is the Alpine Thermal RT Jersey, addressing every aspect and an integral component of your cool weather cycling kit.

The highly breathable Ardénte Winter fabric provides a soft, brushed-back layer of warmth against your body; insulting you against the cold while transferring sweat away from your body and your core temperature rises during exercise.

Continuing our passion for visibility on the road in low-light conditions, we have incorporated Reflective Technology (RT) into key areas of the garment.

This revolutionary reflective fabric has refractive elements impregnated directly into the cloth that “explode” with brightness when illuminated by exposure from direct light such as a car’s headlights.

The RT, along with strategically placed reflective trim through the back, shoulder, chest and forearm, maximizes 360° visibility to passing motorists.

An additional rear zippered pocket keeps your essential valuables secure even while using the 3 traditional rear pockets. Ergonomic shaped cuffs, a brushed thermal collar and zipper wind flap ensure warmth retention.

Built to be worn alone for cooler weather or under a jacket for freezing temperatures, the Alpine RT Thermal jersey is ideal for 45° – 65°F conditions.

Surviving DKXL - The 350-mile Dirty Kanza!

April 29, 2019

In 2018, Dirty Kanza organizers added a more extreme option to the event: the 350-mile DKXL. This feat of endurance pits riders against rough roads and weather that can swing from oppressive heat to hailstorms and headwinds. Participants ride through an entire day and night with no support other than what they can carry or find at stores along the route.
