Return Policy Overview

• Unused Merchandise may be returned with the original tags attached along with a copy of the packing slip, invoice or sales receipt.

• Returns are accepted up to 60 days from the date of purchase. A credit will be issued to the original credit card for the item(s) amount, less shipping. You will receive an email notification when your credit has been processed.

• Standard bank processing time is 1-2 weeks for a credit to be reflected in your available balance once you have received the email notification.

• Pactimo does not supply a return label.

 

Exchanges

• Due to the seasonality of merchandise, we are not able to accommodate all exchanges but will do our best to get you the gear you’re looking for.

• If you require a different item/ color/ size, please place a new order to make sure you receive the item you desire while it’s still available; your credit card will be credited for any item(s) that you return to us (see above for return details).

• Pactimo does not supply a return label.

 

Repair Policy Overview

• Custom and Retail Merchandise has a lifetime warranty, baring normal wear and tear. 

• We believe in the quality of our products and want you to enjoy your Pactimo garments for as long as possible.  As such, we stand by our commitment to repair or replace defective garments. Some typical repairs may include the replacement of a faulty zipper or fixing split seams.

Return Shipping

• Packages must be returned pre-paid: C.O.D. Deliveries will not be accepted.

• Return items via FedEx – Insured, UPS - Insured, or Parcel Post - Insured. We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our facility.

 

Sales Tax

• In accordance with Federal law, Pactimo charges state and local tax on residents in Colorado, California, Washington, Illinois, Arizona and Massachusetts due to the fact that we operate with a physical presence in each of those states. Fulfillment

• Orders placed after 9 am (MT) will be fulfilled and shipped the following day.

• Orders placed between 9 am (MT) Friday and 9 am (MT) Monday will be fulfilled and shipped on Monday afternoon.

• Subject to change due to holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Signature, Specialty & Jersey for a Cause items (requiring 2-week delivery) not applicable.

 

Return or Exchange Process

• Email Pactimo at pactimoshop-cs@pactimo.com

• Include the following:Order Number, item(s) being returned and if you want a exchange, refund or store credit.

• Please include the size for an exchange.

• Please allow 1-2 business days for us to issue an RMA

• Once an RMA has been issued you'll receive an email with your RMA #

• Include a copy of the RMA email with the item(s) you are shipping back
