Retail Return Policy Overview

  • Unused Merchandise may be returned with the original tags attached along with a copy of the packing slip, invoice or sales receipt. 
  • Returns are accepted up to 60 days from the date of purchase. A credit will be issued to the original credit card for the item(s) amount, less shipping. You will receive an email notification when your credit has been processed. 
  • Standard bank processing time is 3-6 business days for a credit to be reflected in your available balance once you have received the email notification.
  • Pactimo does not provide return labels for exchanges or returns.

  • Log into your or account
  • Select return request
  • Select return items 
  • Check the item(s) that you would like to return/exchange or receive store credit
  • Add instructions of what action you would like completed in comment section
  • Hit submit
  • Record return request # and place number in the box with the item(s) you are sending back

  • Please allow up to 72 hours upon receipt to process return


  • Due to the seasonality of merchandise, we are not able to accommodate all exchanges but will do our best  to get you the gear you’re looking for 
  • If you require a different item or color please place a new order at to make sure you receive the item you desire while it’s still available; your credit card will be credited for any item(s) that you return to us (see above for return details).


  • Packages must be returned pre-paid: C.O.D. Deliveries will not be accepted.
  • Return items via FedEx – Insured, UPS – Insured, Parcel Post – Insured or Royal Mail – Insured. We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our facility.

Repair Policy Overview

  • Retail Merchandise has a lifetime warranty, baring normal wear and tear. 
  • We believe in the quality of our products and want you to enjoy your Pactimo garments for as long as possible.  As such, we stand by our commitment to repair or replace defective garments. Some typical repairs may include the replacement of a faulty zipper or fixing split seams.
