Warranty
Pactimo apparel is built to last the lifetime of the product, you can be confident in us and the product you’re wearing. Pactimo product purchased directly from Pactimo or an authorized dealer is fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. We may ask for your original receipt. If a product fails due to a manufacturing, materials defect or even after extended use, Pactimo will replace or repair it to restore the original function without charge; all this will be at our option. This warranty does not include product failures resulting from normal wear, misuse, improper care or accidents. Send all warranty returns directly to us. We recommend all warranty returns be insured (we are not responsible if lost in transit) and shipment costs paid by the shipper. Pactimo requires that products accepted for warranty be clean otherwise we’ll send them back to you. Please return warranty items to: PactimoAttn: Warranty Dept.
