Returns

Unused Merchandise may be returned with the original tags attached along with a copy of the packing slip, invoice or sales receipt.
Returns are accepted up to 60 days from the date of purchase. A credit will be issued to the original credit card for the item(s) amount, less shipping. You will receive an email notification when your credit has been processed.
Standard bank processing time is 3-6 business days for a credit to be reflected in your available balance once you have received the email notification.

Packages must be returned pre-paid: C.O.D. Deliveries will not be accepted.
Return items via FedEx – Insured, UPS – Insured, or Parcel Post – Insured. We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our facility.

Due to the seasonality of merchandise, we are not able to accommodate all exchanges but will do our best to get you the gear you’re looking for
If you require a different item/ color/ size, please place a new order at Pactimo.com to make sure you receive the item you desire while it’s still available; your credit card will be credited for any item(s) that you return to us (see above for return details).
